Glow & Grow
Students will name one thing that they are proud of (glow) and one thing they want to work on (grow).
Focus Position
Students move from sitting in a circle to standing equidistant in a focus position in eight counts.
Brain Dance Warm-Up
Students will be able to explore, co-create and express personal ideas about topics, while recalling the 8-step sequence of the brain dance and expressing their own ways of connecting to the idea.
